Are the products Organic / Vegan?
We try to make our products completely vegetarian as much as possible, unfortunately this is not always possible for the capsules. If gelatin is listed with ingredients, the product is not vegetarian.
We are currently working towards obtaining organic certification for some of our products.
Can I use the products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
All our products have a description and possibly a warning on the product page. It contains all relevant information about whether or not to use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Are the supplements gluten free?
If the products are gluten-free, this is stated in the product description.
What are the daily doses?
To make sure you are taking the correct dosage, we recommend that you check the page of the product you are interested in or the back of the packaging.
How to use in the supplements?
The instructions for use of the supplements can be found on the product page as well as on the back of the packaging.

Which carriers are used?
Our standard shipping option is through PostNL.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship our products within the European Union.
How long does it take for my package to be sent?
Once the order has been processed with us, we try to ship the product within 24 hours.
I entered the wrong address during my order, can I still change this?
As long as the product has not yet been shipped, you can send us a message and we can still change the address.
Can I return my product?
If you want to return the product, you can do so within 14 days after you have received the product. You can then return the product and we will refund the purchase amount. Returning a product is only possible if the product is intact and will be refunded within 14 days.
What are the payment methods?
We currently accept a variety of payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Ideal, Shop pay, Apple pay and Google pay.
Europe and international shipping costs and delivery times?
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen product and location.
For delivery times we depend, among other things, on our delivery service. We aim to ship the product within 2 days.
Can I track my order?
Depending on the order, a track and trace code is supplied with which the order can be followed. If this is the case, you will receive it shortly after your order by e-mail.
Do I have to pay import duties?
You do not have to pay import duties within the European Union.
